week 3

Eidan's 3 weeks old!  He's been gaining weight.  Yey!  From 3lbs 2oz to 3lbs 15oz today!  

It's amazing to watch him grow.  Seeing his weight increase day by day.. Fitting better in his clothes.. And his cheeks getting more plump =)

We've been bringing something sweet for the nurses and doctors in the NICU every wednesday to mark our little peanut's weekly progress since birth.. For today, it's cookies! For the last two weeks, it was donuts and chocolate covered pretzels! Yum! Too bad baby can't taste them yet.. (soon anak..)

Also today, he got his first bottle feeding.. his sucking, swallowing and breathing coordination is still inconsistent but at least they made him try.. =) he will be reassessed by the speech therapist again in 2 - 5 days..
